People like to see the designers home, this 1780's home is my house that we lovingly renovated, blending the old and the new.  We salvaged everything we could, our kitchen cabinets were made from the attic floor boards.  Our kitchen sink is a professional sink that is housed in an 1860 English toy chest we bought for $400!!!

The colors I chose for the exterior reflect the blue of the sky and the grey/blue of the ever changing Hudson River. All the furnishings are Vintage, including the sofa, chaise and love seat which I had all re-upholstered. Two of the walls in the living room I had Natalie Russell recreate a similar treatment to the original walls in the entry hall.

This was new construction, for the living room the homeowners wanted a feeling of 1800's west Indies, an old trunk was used as a coffee table, a rustic horn on the mantle and custom period lighting done by Sandwich lanterns help achive the look mixing olde and new.

This was a show house done to benefit Meals on Wheels, this was the guest suite, all bedding, pillows, drapes were custom done and designed to go with the European style of the home. The walls were all hand painted.
